[目的/意义] 介绍上海交通大学图书馆在数据驱动理念辅助下,融入本科生科研创新项目生命周期不同阶段关键节点的教学支持服务,以期为其他高校图书馆开展本科生科研创新支持服务提供参考。[方法/过程] 上海交通大学图书馆运用数据驱动的方法辅助前期服务规划,将教学支持服务融入本科生科研创新项目的全过程,在项目初期开展信息素养学习礼包推送、文献调研与文献管理软件使用技巧专题讲座,在项目中期定制学科专场信息素养培训辅导,在项目后期推出项目成果展示与创新交流活动。[结果/结论] 图书馆应在注重本科生学习支持服务的同时,也不忽视对该群体的科研支持服务,为高校本科生创新人才的培养贡献应有之力。通过开展本科生科研创新项目教学支持服务,上海交通大学图书馆在支撑学校创新型人才培育方面取得了一定实效,支持科创项目900余项,受益学生1 200余人,覆盖院系23个,也收获了用户的肯定和满意,并在校内产生了辐射效应,使得图书馆的相关服务拓展至对新的学生创新项目的支持服务之中。
[Purpose/Significance] By introducing Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library’s data-driven teaching and learning support services integrated into different stages of undergraduate research projects, this paper aims to provide reference for other university libraries to carry out undergraduate research project support services. [Method/Process] On the basis of planning teaching and learning support services integrated into undergraduate research projects, Shanghai Jiao Tong University library embedded relevant services in the whole process of undergraduate research, including the information literacy online learning material push and customized lectures on literature survey as well as reference management software use in the early stage of the research, information literacy education tailored for different subjects in the middle stage, experience sharing and exchange and project achievement display activities in late stage. [Result/Conclusion] While supporting the undergraduates’ learning, the library should also support their research so as to help the university cultivate innovative talents. Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library has made some achievements on innovative talent cultivation. This library’s relevant services have supported over 900 undergraduate research projects, benefited over 1 200 students and covered 23 departments and schools of the university. Besides, the services have received users’ recognition and satisfaction, and have been expanded to support other student innovation projects.
