“深度协同,精准赋能”:高校知识产权信息服务创新的路径探索——以南京农业大学为例

摘要

[目的/意义] 探索适用的知识产权信息服务路径,指导高校图书馆实践工作,以提升知识产权信息服务的水平和价值。[方法/过程] 应用质性研究方法,对南京农业大学两个入选国家知识产权局的优秀案例进行实证分析,并从“赋能背景、赋能过程”两个方面进行深入阐释,总结“深度协同,精准赋能”的知识产权信息服务成效和路径。[结果/结论] “深度协同,精准赋能”的知识产权信息服务可有效弥补信息生态链上的短板弱项,降低知识转移的门槛,实现专家技术与企业需求的精准匹配,促进创新主体间的深度合作,是高校知识产权信息服务创新的有益探索。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] This study aims to explore effective intellectual property information service paths for university libraries, provide practical guidance, and enhance the quality and value of their services. [Method/Process] Applying qualitative research methods, the study conducted empirical analyses of two cases from Nanjing Agricultural University selected as outstanding cases by the State Intellectual Property Office. It carried out in-depth interpretation from the aspects of “background and process of empowerment”, and summarized the effectiveness and path of intellectual property information service of“deep synergy and precise empowerment”. [Result/Conclusion] The intellectual property information service of “deep synergy and precise empowerment” can effectively make up for the shortcomings and weaknesses in the information ecosystem, reduce the threshold of knowledge transfer, realize the precise matching between expert technology and enterprise demand, and promote the deep cooperation among innovation subjects. It is a useful exploration of the innovation of intellectual property information service in universities.
