高校数字记忆的项目运行机制实践研究——以重庆大学为例

摘要

[目的/意义] 在国家文化数字化战略和数字中国建设要求的背景下,数字记忆建设已成为新的研究和实践热点。探讨高校数字记忆的建设路径,将为数字时代高校学术传承与文明发展提供新的思路,为政府、企事业等以单位为主体开展的数字记忆项目提供参考和借鉴,具有重要的理论和现实意义。[方法/过程] 广泛参考和借鉴国内外文化记忆项目的建设经验和数字人文领域的相关理论,在关于高校数字记忆项目建设策略的理论层面策略制定和宏观分析的研究成果基础之上,结合亲身参与的重庆大学数字记忆运行和管理实践,对项目实施过程中关于资源建设、项目运行、组织架构和工作机制等实施经验和实施情况开展进一步研究。研究和探讨适用于高校数字记忆项目运行、组织架构和工作机制等项目运行机制,展示在此运行机制下项目的建设成效,并对高校数字记忆的未来服务模式进行展望。[结果/结论] 良好的运行机制是高校数字记忆成功的关键,但还应在技术更新与培训、学术合作与交流、宣传推广助力资金筹措、内容与展示的精化方面加以思考;同时不同学校还应考虑自身独特的文化背景、学科优势、资源规模以及用户群体情况,在目标定位、实施计划、团队组织和服务模式方面进行综合设计。数字记忆对高校具有重大意义,应作为高校的一项长期基本职能来持续推进,以实现其深远影响和持久成效。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] In the context of national cultural digitization strategy and digital China construction, digital memory projects have become a new research and practical hotspot. Exploring the construction path of digital memory in universities will provide new ideas for academic inheritance and civilizational development in the digital age, and offer valuable reference for governments, enterprises and other institutions, undertaking digital memory projects. It has important theoretical and practical significance. [Method/Process] This article extensively reviews and draws on the construction experience of global cultural memory projects and relevant theories in the field of digital humanities. Based on the theoretical-level strategy formulation and macro-analysis of digital memory projects in universities, this study investigated the practical aspects of resource development, project operation, organizational structure, and working mechanisms based on first-hand experience with the operation and management of Chongqing University’s digital memory project. It explored and discussed the suitable project operation mechanisms, organizational structure, and working mechanisms for university digital memory projects. It demonstrated the construction achievements under this operation mechanism, and looked forward to the future service models for digital memory in universities. [Result/Conclusion] A good operating mechanism is the key to the success of digital memory in universities. However, further consideration should be given to aspects such as technological innovation and training, academic cooperation and exchange, marketing and fund-raising, as well as refinement of content and display. At the same time, different universities should consider their unique cultural backgrounds, disciplinary strengths, resource availability, and target users, and conduct comprehensive design in terms of target positioning, implementation plans, team organization, and service models. Digital memory is of great significance to universities and should be continuously promoted as a long-term basic function of universities to achieve its far-reaching impact and lasting results.
