摘要

[目的/意义] 随着数字技术在教育领域的融合与创新,高校图书馆未来学习中心面临着资源优化配置、用户个性化服务需求以及数据安全和隐私保护等多方面的挑战。为了提升未来学习中心的治理效能,提出数智时代高校图书馆未来学习中心的敏捷治理模式。[方法/过程] 分析数智时代高校图书馆未来学习中心的现状和存在的问题,基于敏捷治理理论构建高校图书馆未来学习中心治理模式。该模式包括治理目标、治理策略和治理工具,以实现对未来学习中心的有效治理。[结果/结论] 通过分析西安电子科技大学图书馆LCSP-我的书房元宇宙智慧学习空间的治理案例,探讨敏捷治理模式的有效性。该模式有助于解决未来学习中心面临的问题,并促进治理效能的提升。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] With the integration and innovation of digital technology in education, future learning centers in university libraries are facing challenges, including resource optimization, personalized user service needs, and data security and privacy protection. To improve the governance efficiency of future learning centers, this article proposes an agile governance model for future learning centers in university libraries in the digital age. [Method/Process] This article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the future learning centers in university libraries in the digital age and constructed a governance model based on agile governance theory. This model included governance goals, strategies, and tools to govern future learning centers effectively. [Result/Conclusion] By analyzing the governance case of LCSP- My Study metaverse intelligent learning space in Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology Library, this article explores the effectiveness of the constructed agile governance model. This model helps to solve the problems faced by future learning centers and improve governance efficiency.
