摘要

[目的/意义] 构建图书馆员人工智能焦虑量表,以期为有效测度人工智能焦虑感知程度及缓释图书馆员人工智能焦虑现象提供有益借鉴与参考。[方法/过程] 借鉴人工智能焦虑等领域相关研究,依托综合恐惧获取理论,在文献调研、深度访谈、专家评估的基础上编制初始量表,运用题项分析、因子分析进行量表纯化,经信效度检验后形成正式量表,并通过结构方程模型分析验证所构建量表的适用性与实用性。[结果/结论] 图书馆员人工智能焦虑具有信任质量焦虑、服务质量焦虑、工作前景焦虑、技术学习焦虑、信息隐私焦虑、生存风险焦虑和技术依赖焦虑共7个关键维度,量表为图书馆员的人工智能焦虑程度的测量提供了可行工具。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] Constructing an AI anxiety scale for librarians aims to provide useful reference and guidance for effectively measuring the perceived level of AI anxiety and mitigating the phenomenon of AI anxiety among librarians. [Method/Process] This study drew on related research in the field of AI anxiety and the comprehensive fear acquisition theory. Based on the literature review, in-depth interviews, and expert evaluations, an initial scale was developed. The scale was refined through item analysis and factor analysis. After reliability and validity tests, a formal scale was established. The applicability and practicality of the constructed scale were validated through structural equation modeling analysis. [Result/Conclusion] The AI anxiety of librarians encompasses seven key dimensions: trust quality anxiety, service quality anxiety, job prospect anxiety, technology learning anxiety, information privacy anxiety, survival risk anxiety, and technology dependence anxiety. This scale provides a feasible tool for measuring the level of AI anxiety among librarians.
