摘要

[目的/意义] 在数智时代,档案事业数智化转型已成为驱动新质生产力创新发展的必然要求和关键方式。在阐释档案数智化兴起动因的基础上,解析档案数智化的理论内涵,探索档案数智化转型的实践路径。[方法/过程] 围绕档案数智化这一新兴议题,通过文献分析、模型建构和理论探索,创建模态链、价值链、场域链与管理链构成的档案数智化理论模型,揭示档案数智化基本概念、演化逻辑与运行规律,探究档案数智化的理论内涵与实现策略。[结果/结论] 档案数智化是数智时代档案管理新方向和新阶段,结合新质生产力发展需求和档案事业高质量建设要求,强化数据赋能、主体赋能、科技赋能、文化赋能、产业赋能和智力赋能,激活档案数据要素价值潜能,培育发展档案新质生产力,助力档案事业数字化数据化转型与智能化智慧化升级。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] In the era of digital intelligence, the digital transformation of the archival industry has become an inevitable requirement and key way to drive the innovative development of new quality productivity. On the basis of explaining the rise of digitalization of archives, this paper analyzes the theoretical connotation of digital intelligence in archives and explores the practical path of its transformation. [Method/Process] Focusing on the emerging topic of digital intelligence in archives, through literature analysis, model construction and theoretical exploration, this paper established a theoretical model of archival digital intelligence comprising modal, value, field, and management chains, revealed the basic concepts, evolutionary logic and operational rules of digital intelligence in archives are revealed to explore its theoretical connotation and implementation strategies. [Result/Conclusion] Digital intelligence in archives represents a new direction and stage of archives management in the era of digital intelligence. Combining the development needs of new quality productivity with the requirements for high-quality construction of the archives, it is necessary to strengthen data empowerment, subject empowerment, technological empowerment, cultural empowerment, industrial empowerment and intellectual empowerment, activate the value potential of archival data elements, cultivate and develop new quality productivity of archives, and assist in the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the archives industry.
