摘要

[目的/意义] 数字档案馆生态系统具有信息生态和组织生态双重属性。数智环境下，开展数字档案馆生态系统组织治理研究，有助于数字档案馆生态系统组织的有序发展与功能优化。[方法/过程] 聚焦数字档案馆生态系统组织治理现代化目标，以组织生态学和现代治理理论为指导，通过学科交叉融合和理论探索分析，归纳数字档案馆生态系统组织形成演化过程，阐释数字档案馆生态系统组织治理意蕴内涵，透视数字档案馆生态系统组织治理内容，探究数字档案馆生态系统组织治理能力建设策略。[结果/结论] 数字档案馆生态系统组织治理重点以数字档案馆个体、种群为主要治理对象，综合分析个体、种群的形成发展与运行演化，强化与环境的输入、输出、转化和反馈，加强组织领导力、竞争力和创新力建设，推动数字档案馆生态系统演化发展。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] The digital archives ecosystem has dual attributes of information ecology and organizational ecology. The research on the organizational governance of the digital archives ecosystem in the digital intelligence environment is conducive to the orderly development and functional optimization of the digital archives ecosystem organization. [Method/Process] Guided by organizational ecology and modern governance theory, this study focused on the modernization of digital archive ecosystem organization and governance. Through interdisciplinary integration and theoretical exploration, it summarized its formation and evolution process, explained its connotation and content, and explored strategies for building the organizational governance capacity of digital archives ecosystem. [Result/Conclusion] The organizational governance of the digital archive ecosystem focuses on individuals and populations as the main governance objects. By comprehensively analyzing the formation, development, and evolution of individuals and populations, it proposes strengthening input, output, transformation, and feedback with the environment, and enhancing organizational leadership, competitiveness, and innovation capacity to drive the evolution and development of the digital archives ecosystem.
