摘要

[目的/意义] 探析科普类短视频纾解用户健康焦虑的影响要素与演化机理，深入理解双系统理论视角下焦虑个体的心理变化，为健康焦虑用户提出针对性的干预策略。[方法/过程] 基于关键事件技术对健康焦虑用户进行深度访谈，通过对访谈资料进行收集处理，构建科普类短视频纾解用户健康焦虑形成与演化路径的要素和机理模型，并结合双系统理论对纾解路径深入剖析。[结果/结论] 揭示科普类短视频纾解用户健康焦虑生成要素与机理之间的关系，并从情境触发、注意聚焦、认知控制、行为反馈4个机理角度针对性地提出科普类短视频纾解用户健康焦虑的管理策略，为有效缓解用户健康焦虑问题提供参考。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] This study explores the influencing factors and evolutionary mechanisms of science popularization short videos in alleviating users’ health anxiety, aims to gain a deeper understanding of the psychological changes of anxious individuals from the perspective of dual-system theory, and proposes targeted intervention strategies for users experiencing health anxiety. [Method/Process] Based on key event technology, in-depth interviews were conducted with users experiencing health anxiety. By collecting and processing the interview data, a model of the elements and mechanisms of the formation and evolutionary path of science popularization short videos in alleviating users’ health anxiety was constructed. Combined with the dual-system theory, the relief path was analyzed in depth. [Result/Conclusion] This study reveals the relationship between the factors and mechanisms involved in the generation of science popularization short videos to alleviate users’ health anxiety. Targeted management strategies are proposed from four mechanisms: situational triggering, attention focus, cognitive control, and behavioral feedback. These strategies provide a reference for effectively alleviating users’ health anxiety.
