[目的/意义] 总结英国公共图书馆沉浸式互动体验空间及其服务经验，为我国公共图书馆开展沉浸式互动体验服务提供借鉴。[方法/过程] 以9所英国公共图书馆为调查对象，覆盖4个沉浸式体验项目，采用网站调查、邮件咨询、文献调研等方法，围绕服务理念、规章制度、空间建设方式、空间设计、服务类型与方式、服务资源、技术运用、体验设备、互动设计以及效果评估10个维度，对英国公共图书馆沉浸式互动体验空间及其服务实践展开调研分析。[结果/结论] 英国公共图书馆沉浸式互动体验空间及其服务成熟先进，注重事前调研与效果评估，形成明确的服务理念与规章制度，采取多元建设模式，注重空间布局与环境的整体性设计，提供丰富多样的服务类型与方式，打造独具特色的服务资源，注重多维互动设计，体验设备的配备与技术运用也处于前沿水平。我国可以借鉴英国公共图书馆的经验，注重事前规划，加强顶层设计；创新建设模式，优化空间架构；打造服务特色，构建多元服务；重构互动设计，提高服务效果；注重事后总结、持续改进服务。
[Purpose/Significance] Research on the immersive interactive experience space and services in UK public libraries can provide reference for the development of related services of public libraries in China. [Method/Process] A survey was conducted in nine UK public libraries covering four public library immersive experience projects. The practices were investigated and analyzed, using website surveys, email inquiries, and a literature review. The investigation and analysis were done across 10 dimensions: service philosophy, regulations and systems, spatial design, construction methods, service types and methods, service resources, technological applications, experiential equipment, interactive design, and effectiveness evaluation. [Result/Conclusion] Immersive interactive experience spaces and services in UK public libraries are mature and advanced. Significant emphasis is placed on pre-implementation research and impact evaluation, resulting in the establishment of clear service philosophies and regulations. Diverse construction models are adopted, with a focus on holistic spatial layout and environmental design. A wide range of service types and delivery methods is provided, and distinctive service resources are created. Multi-dimensional interactive designs are emphasized, and cutting-edge experiential equipment and technology applications are featured. China can draw on the experience of UK public libraries by prioritizing pre-planning and strengthening top-level design, innovating construction models and optimizing spatial structures, developing service specializations and building diverse services, restructuring interactive elements and improving service effectiveness, and emphasizing post-implementation summaries and continuous service improvements.
