摘要

[目的/意义] 在数据要素化为档案数据资源供需匹配提供新机遇的背景下，探索通过供给、流通与需求的有效互动，实现档案数据要素价值的路径。[方法/过程] 通过对相关研究的回顾，将档案数据要素价值内涵作为理论依据，基于“供给-流通-需求”这一内在逻辑，构建了一个需求拉动供给、供给完善客体属性、流通满足主体需求的档案数据要素价值实现框架。在此框架基础上，进一步探索了供给增强、流通促进与需求开发的档案数据要素价值实现路径。[结果/结论] 从供给、流通和需求三方面对档案数据要素价值实现问题进行全面认识，既顺应了数据要素化的整体趋势，又充分考虑了档案数据本身的价值特性，从而推动数据潜能的有效释放。

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] As data elementization introduces new opportunities for matching supply and demand in archival data resources, this study seeks to identify how the interaction among supply, circulation, and demand supports the realization of the value of archival data elements. [Method/Process] Based on the literature review and the value connotation of archival data elements, and following the logic of “supply-circulation-demand”, this paper constructed a framework for realizing the value of archival data elements through demand-driven supply, supply improvement of the object attributes, and circulation to meet the needs of the subjects. It further explored the realization of archival data elements value through supply enhancement, circulation promotion, and demand development. [Result/Conclusion] A comprehensive understanding of the value realization of archival data elements from the perspectives of supply, circulation, and demand not only aligns with the overall trend of data elementization but also fully considers the intrinsic value characteristics of archival data, thereby facilitating the effective release of its potentials.
