技术机会识别中企业警觉度探索性因子分析

Analysis on Exploratory Factor of Entrepreneurial Alertness in the Reorganization of Technological Opportunity

摘要: [目的/意义] 技术机会识别对企业技术创新具有重要的意义,而企业对技术机会的警觉度则在识别过程中扮演着重要角色,对企业警觉度的影响因素进行研究探析,有助于企业提升对技术机会的认知能力,更清楚地认识和发现潜在、有价值的发展机遇。[方法/过程] 基于文献分析与团体焦点访法的结果,设计和编制技术机会识别中企业警觉度的测度量表及调查问卷,并应用SPSS 21.0软件,基于探索性因子分析法对所采集的数据进行量化研究。[结果/结论] 研究表明技术机会识别中的企业警觉度可以从企业家态度、企业所处社会网络、市场导向这三大维度基础进行量表设计,基于主成分因子分析法,又在这三大维度基础上划分出9个一阶变量因子,得出技术机会识别中企业警觉度的因子结构。

Abstract: [Purpose/significance] Technology opportunity identification has important significance for enterprise technology innovation, and the entrepreneurial alertness plays a vital role in the process of technology opportunity identification. The analysis on the influencing factors of entrepreneurial alertness can not only help enterprise to enhance the cognitive ability of technological opportunities, but also identify the potential and valuable development opportunities.[Method/process] Based on the results of literature review and focus group interview, this study designs a survey scale and questionnaire on the entrepreneurial alertness in technology opportunity identification. Then on the basis of SPSS statistical analysis and exploratory factor analysis, the research makes the quantitative research on the data collected.[Result/conclusion] This paper makes the survey scale from three dimensions of entrepreneurial attitude, social network enterprise and market oriented. Based on the principal component factor analysis method, the study divides nine first order variable factors and gains the factor structure of entrepreneurial alertness in technology opportunity identification.
