介绍英国马克思主义文化理论家、文学批评家雷蒙·威廉斯的文化观, 并以此为理论基础对文化信息资源共享工程进行反思.对共享工程的"文化"内涵进行重新审视, 指出其不应局限于文化在精神层面的创造活动、表现形式与结果, 而应扩展为人们具有价值和意义的生活方式;文化信息资源建设则应在重新界定文化内涵的基础上进行视域拓展, 关注普通人所创造的文化并关照普通人的生活方式.

This paper introduces the cultural concept of Raymond Williams, who is a famous Marxism cultural theorist and literary critic. The author reconsiders the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project (NCIRSP) based on Williams' concept and thinks the cultural connotation of NCIRSP should extend to the worthy and meaningful lifestyles, while it should not be confined to the spiritual forms of creative activities, performances and results. Furthermore the author proposes that the construction of the cultural information resources should pay attention to the cultural creation of the ordinary people and the lifestyle of ordinary people.
