[目的/意义]针对高校图书馆决策支持服务刚刚起步，缺乏系统的服务提升理论指导的现实问题，构建高校图书馆决策支持服务模型，为高校图书馆决策支持服务提供发展策略借鉴。[方法/过程]运用扎根理论，选择6所高校图书馆，从决策支持服务人员和决策用户两方面确定40个受访者进行深度访谈，分别从资源基础理论和决策过程理论出发，对高校图书馆决策支持服务的资源基础及用户需求等相关要素进行梳理，进而分析各要素之间的典型关系结构。[结果/结论]从资源-服务-需求3个方面构建包含21个范畴、9个核心范畴的高校图书馆决策支持服务模型，进而提出重视异质性资源建设、提供多层次决策支持服务、以基础资源需求为切入点等服务策略。
[Purpose/significance] In view of the fact that the decision support service of university library has just started and lacks the theoretical guidance of systematic service promotion, this paper constructs the decision support service model of university library, and provides the development strategy reference for the decision support service of university library. [Method/process] Based on the grounded theory, this paper makes an in-depth interviews with 40 samples and analyzes the resource base and user requirements of university library's decision support service from the resource-based theory and decision-making process theory perspective, and it also analyzes the typical relationship structures among elements. [Result/conclusion] It constructs the decision support service model of university library which includes 21 categories and 9 core categories from the aspect of resource-service-demand. It also puts forward some service strategies, such as paying attention to heterogeneous resources construction, providing multi-level decision support services, and taking basic resources demand as the breakthrough point.
