从评价指标看高校图书馆服务高校智库建设的路径

摘要

[目的/意义] 探讨高校图书馆服务高校智库建设的主要功能与实现路径,为高校图书馆转型升级与中国特色新型智库建设提供参考。[方法/过程] 在系统调研国内外5个智库评价项目的基础上,对其评价指标进行编码收敛和聚类分析,提炼出智库发展的核心要素,建立其与高校图书馆主要功能、主要任务之间的关联关系,结合高校图书馆参与智库建设的实践调查提出完善图书馆服务智库建设的具体路径。[结果/结论] 高校图书馆可通过完善顶层设计、深化核心能力建设、加强大数据思维和应用能力建设、促进与智库的协同共享等路径,实现在要素禀赋、组织建设、成果产出和综合影响方面对于本校智库的促进作用。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] This paper discusses the main functions and realization paths for academic libraries serving the construction of university affiliated think tanks, providing references for the transformation and upgrading of academic libraries and the construction of New Think Tanks with Chinese Characteristics.[Method/process] Based on the systematic investigation on five think tank evaluation projects at home and abroad, the evaluation indicators are encoded and converged to extract the core elements of the development of think tanks. Based on the established linkage between these elements and the main tasks and functions of academic libraries, combining with the practice survey, the specific path for academic libraries to promote the construction of university affiliated think tanks is proposed.[Result/conclusion] Academic libraries can advance university affiliated think tanks development in terms of factor endowment, organizational construction, outcome output and comprehensive impact by improving top-level design, deepening core competence building, strengthening big data thinking and application capacity building, and promoting collaborative sharing with think tanks.
