摘要

[目的/意义] 回顾新中国成立以来图书情报事业发展的历史轨迹，为新时代图书情报事业建设提供新鲜经验。[方法/过程] 从7个方面概括70年来图书情报事业建设的主要成就；从社会文献信息需求、宏观社会环境、图书情报机构内在因素3个维度，探讨新中国图书情报事业发展动因；以CALIS、NSTL、NCPSSD等文献信息保障体系建设为例，介绍中国图书情报事业建设的标志性成果。[结果/结论] 对国家文献信息保障体系的进一步建设提出构想。

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] To review the historical track of cause of library and information development since the founding of new China, and to provide fresh experience for library and information construction in the new era.[Method/process] Summarized the main achievements of cause of library and information in the past 70 years from seven aspects; discussed the development motivation of the cause of library and information in new China from three dimensions, social document information demand, macro-social environment and internal factors of library and information agencies; took the construction of document information guarantee system such as CALIS, NSTL and NCPSSD as examples, introduced the landmark achievements of library and information constructions in China.[Result/conclusion] Proposing on the further construction of national document information guarantee system.
