[目的/意义] 国家社会科学基金"中华学术外译项目"是我国开展"中学西渐"、提升国家文化软实力的系统工程。梳理和探索图书馆·情报与文献学学术外译，可助推该学科走向世界，跻身国外主流传播渠道，提升学科的国际话语权和国际地位。[方法/过程] 基于图书馆·情报与文献学学术外译现状的调查，分析我国图书馆·情报与文献学学术外译"走不出去"的原因，探索未来努力的方向。[结果/结论] 图书馆·情报与文献学学术外译势在必行，建议顶层完善管理制度，业界增强社会责任感和使命感，牢记初心使命，提升理念，加强实践，缩小学科外译的差距，谋定进而敏行。
[Purpose/significance] The National Social Science Fund "Chinese academic translation project" is a systematic project to carry out "middle school spreading to the West" and enhance the soft power of national culture. This paper combs and explores the academic translation of library information and philology, so as to promote the discipline to the world, to become the mainstream communication channel abroad, and to enhance the international discourse power and international status of the discipline. [Method/process] Based on the investigation of the current situation of academic translation of library information and philology, this paper analyzed the reasons why the academic translation of library information and philology can not go out, and explored the direction of striving to catch up in the future.[Result/conclusion] Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management system at the top level, enhance the sense of social responsibility and mission of the industry, keep in mind the original mission, improve the concept, strengthen practice, narrow the gap between the academic translation of library information and philology, and then plan and act sensitively.
