[目的/意义]信息公开透明是应对信息疫情最有效的方法，质量是其生命线，以新冠肺炎疫情应对过程中信息公开质量成效检视为起点，探究重大突发公共卫生事件信息公开质量的影响因素，为提高重大突发公共卫生事件信息公开质量提供参考。[方法/过程]立足用户体验，通过半结构化访谈收集原始资料，以信息生态、危机管理理论为基础，运用探索性质性研究方法对公众视角下后疫情时代重大突发公共卫生事件信息公开质量影响因素进行关系梳理，并构建理论模型。[结果/结论]阐明后疫情时代公开主体、信息本身、信息技术和环境4个维度的核心因素对重大突发公共卫生事件信息公开质量的影响及作用机制，指出事前公开信息的安抚性、事中相关专业知识的故事性、事后的信息总结性、运用信息技术提升信息公开内容的知识含量和公开方式的智能化等是后疫情时代重大突发公共卫生事件信息公开质量的特有要素，以期为重大突发公共卫生事件提升信息公开质量提供理论和实践指导。
[Purpose/significance] Open and transparent information is the most effective way to deal with the information epidemic, quality is its lifeline, taking the quality of information disclosure as the starting point for the effectiveness inspection of the response to COVID-19 pandemic, this paper explores the influencing factors that affect the quality of information disclosure of major public health emergencies, and provides references for improving the quality of information disclosure of major public health emergencies.[Method/process] Based on the user experience, the original data was obtained through semi-structured interviews. Then combining the ecology theory and crisis management theory, it sort out the relationship between the factors influencing the quality of information disclosure of major public health emergencies in the post epidemic era from the public perspective by exploratory research method, and constructed a theoretical model.[Result/conclusion] This paper expounds the influence and mechanism of the core factors of subject, information, information technology and environmental factors on information disclosure of major public health emergencies in the post epidemic era. And the unique elements of information disclosure quality of major public health emergencies in the post epidemic era are the appeasement of information disclosure in advance, the story of relevant professional knowledge in the event, the summary of information after the event, the use of information technology to enhance the knowledge of information disclosure content and intelligent disclosure methods, which provide a theoretical and practical guidance to further improve the information disclosure quality of major public health emergencies.
