[目的/意义] 针对我国公共图书馆面向阅读障碍群体阅读服务比较薄弱的现状，探索具有可行性的服务机制，以此构建功能结构模型，为公共图书馆开展面向阅读障碍群体的服务提供理论和实践参考。[方法/过程] 采用访谈与文献调研的方式获取数据，运用扎根理论获得公共图书馆面向阅读障碍群体服务机制要素，得到154个初始概念，17个基本范畴与6个主范畴。[结果/结论] 析出公共图书馆面向阅读障碍群体阅读服务机制要素之间的作用关系，构建服务机制框架，根据服务机制得出公共图书馆面向阅读障碍群体服务应具备系统管理功能、专属空间资源全覆盖功能、群体服务功能、服务中介功能等，构建公共图书馆面向阅读障碍群体服务功能结构模型。
[Purpose/Significance] Aiming at the weak status quo of reading services for the dyslexic groups in China’s public libraries, this paper explores feasible service mechanisms to construct functional structures, providing theoretical and practical references for public libraries to carry out services for the dyslexic groups. [Method/Process] Data were collected through interviews and literature reviews. Grounded Theory was applied to identify the key elements of service mechanisms for the dyslexic groups in public libraries. A total of 154 initial concepts, 17 basic categories, and 6 main categories were received. [Result/Conclusion] The relationship between the elements of the service mechanism is analyzed, and the framework of the service mechanism is constructed. Based on this framework, the study proposes that public libraries should provide system management, full coverage of exclusive spatial resources, group services, and intermediary services for the dyslexia services. A functional structure model for these services is also presented.
