[目的/意义] 元数据标准的应用与管理是数据资产标准化管理过程中的关键环节，多项元数据标准的整合可以有效推动数据资产管理实践。[方法/过程] 依据数据资产管理需求，选取11项元数据标准深入探讨其在数据资产管理中的功能、关系、应用场景与主体元素，并结合数据资产盘点、评估、流通与维护4个管理活动进行元数据元素分析与应用。[结果/结论] 依据数据资产管理活动，提出数据资产元数据标准整合应用框架，将数据资源活动记录元素、数据主体元素之间的关系与应用相结合，以期为数据资产管理实践系统性、可溯性与标准化的提升提供理论支持和实践指导。
[Purpose/Significance] The application and management of metadata standards are key links in the process of standardized management of data assets. The integration and consolidation of multiple metadata standards can effectively promote the practice of data asset management. [Method/Process] Based on the requirements of data asset management, 11 metadata standards were selected to deeply explore their functions, relationships, application scenarios, and main elements in data asset management. Moreover, the analysis and application of metadata elements were carried out in combination with four management activities, namely data asset inventory, assessment, circulation, and maintenance. [Result/Conclusion] According to the data asset management activities, an integrated application framework for data asset metadata standards is proposed, which combines the relationships and applications among the activity record elements of data resources and the data main elements, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the improvement of the systematicity, traceability, and standardization of data asset management practices.
