[目的/意义] 通过对国际研究型图书馆战略规划的分析，探索并构建契合未来发展场景的研究型图书馆服务体系，对我国研究型图书馆的战略转型与服务创新具有积极意义。[方法/过程] 采用文献分析与案例研究法，系统梳理与解析美国国会图书馆、杜克大学图书馆、伦敦大学学院图书馆等5个国际典型研究型图书馆的战略规划，提炼其共性特征与创新路径；同时，结合DIKIW（数据—信息—知识—情报—智慧）逻辑链，剖析研究型图书馆面向未来场景在知识流转过程中的关键服务内容。[结果/结论] 国际研究型图书馆呈现出以用户为中心的多元价值导向、以技术为引擎的服务结构重塑、以系统为支撑的组织韧性构建与以情报能力为导向的知识支撑功能优化4大核心特征。研究型图书馆需重点关注开放数据基础设施建设、跨学科协作与技术伦理实践，以适应未来场景的多样化需求与动态挑战。
[Purpose/Significance] Analyzing the strategic planning of international research libraries helps to explore and build a research library service system that aligns with future development scenarios, which is of positive significance for the strategic transformation and service innovation of research libraries in China. [Method/Process] Literature analysis and case study methods were adopted to systematically review and analyze the strategic plans of five internationally representative research libraries, including the Library of Congress, Duke University Library, and University College London Library, extracting their common features and innovative paths. Additionally, it integrated the DIKIW logic chain to analyze the key service elements in the knowledge flow process of future research libraries. [Result/Conclusion] International research libraries exhibit four core characteristics: a user-centered orientation toward diverse values, a technology-driven restructuring of service architecture, a systems-supported enhancement of organizational resilience, and an intelligence-led optimization of knowledge support functions. Research libraries should focus on building open data infrastructure, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and addressing technological ethics to meet the diverse needs and dynamic challenges of future scenarios.
