[目的/意义]系统梳理公共图书馆在“十四五”期间的文旅融合服务实践，为其在“十五五”时期的高质量发展提供实践参考。[方法/过程]聚焦“十四五”时期公共图书馆文旅融合服务实践，运用主题分析法，提炼出深挖文化资源、重塑新型文化空间、创新服务方式、强化多元协作、夯实基础保障五大实践维度，为“十五五”时期高质量发展奠定坚实基础。[结果/结论]提出强化政策引领、构建“以人为本”的保障机制、深化多元主体协同、突出地方特色、营造均等化服务空间、创新推进全链式服务以及加强科技赋能文旅融合等建议，以期助力“十五五”时期公共图书馆文旅融合高质量发展。
[Purpose/Significance] This study systematically reviews the practices of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, providing practical references for their high-quality development in the “15th Five-Year Plan” period. [Method/Process] Focusing on the practice of cultural and tourism integration services in public libraries during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, this study employed thematic analysis to identify five key practical dimensions: deeply exploring cultural resources, reshaping new cultural spaces, innovating service models, strengthening multi-stakeholder collaboration, and consolidating foundational support. These dimensions had laid a solid foundation for high-quality development in the “15th Five-Year Plan” period. [Result/Conclusion] The paper proposes recommendations such as strengthening policy guidance, building a “people-oriented” support mechanism, deepening multi-stakeholder collaboration, highlighting local characteristics, creating equalized service spaces, innovating to promote full-chain services, and strengthening technology empowerment for cultural and tourism integration. These proposals aim to facilitate high-quality development of cultural and tourism integration in public libraries during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period.
