Practice and Innovation of Subject Services in National Science Libraries of Chinese Academy of Sciences

Based on the practice and innovation of "incorporated universal services", "embedded knowledge-based services" and "cooperative service transition" developed by National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences, this paper summarizes the characteristic service contents performed and good effectiveness achieved by subject librarians in support of research innovation, and the measures developed to cultivate team’s creative ability, in order to provide a best practice for libraries innovation services.
