Library and Information Service (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) is a national-level, large-scale academic journal in the field of "Information Resource Management," supervised by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and hosted by the National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Science. It primarily reports on the latest research and practical advancements in the field of Information Resource Management and related areas. The Journal is highly reputed in the industry for its academic rigor, cutting-edge focus, authority, innovation, and practicality, having received various awards from national authorities, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Library Society of China, ranking among the top three in its discipline in terms of influence.

The Journal's distribution mainly targets various research-oriented library and information institutions at all levels, with a broad readership. The annual subscription volume of the print edition exceeds 30,000 copies. Advertisements can be placed on the interleaf pages, inside the back cover, and back cover of the Journal, and must comply with the relevant regulations of the People's Republic of China's "Advertising Law" and "Advertising Management Regulations". The size of the advertising page is 210*297mm (excluding bleed), with the interleaf advertisement fee at 3000 yuan per issue, the inside back cover advertisement fee at 5000 yuan per issue, and the back cover advertisement fee at 8000 yuan per issue. These fees do not include design fees, and advertisers are required to provide ad copy according to the size.
