Data Release of Relational Database Based on URI and RDF

Linked data can promote the better use of knowledge, and the emergence of new information and knowledge. The digital library has massive information resources, but its knowledge systems are dispersive. Triplet model based on URI+RDF can realize the semantic description of the knowledge. This paper discusses how to release the existing knowledge system based on URI+RDF. The most existing knowledge system is relational database, so it discusses the relationship between the relational database and RDF model, and analyzes the general rule of transforming from relational database to RDF, and realizes the description of linked data based on URI+RDF. At last, this paper makes a case study on the network media reports on 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and puts forward the method of how to release the knowledge system with URI+RDF description.
