Analysis on Reporting Hotspots and Trend About Social Image of Public Libraries Based on Traditional Media

Based on building a keywords table about social image of the public library, this paper takes the reports of public library from Chinese major newspapers as sample in the recent three years, and analyzes the reporting hotspots and trend about social image of public libraries. The results show that "cultural and educational function" is the focus of early attention; and the "service item", "level of modernization" and "service philosophy" is becoming the attention focus with deeper reporting and introduction of policy. This research makes a guiding role on social image building of the public library.
