Abstract

Competitive intelligence can provide decision-making support for enterprise crisis early-warning, but it is not optimistic concerning the current situation of competitive intelligence in enterprises. This paper formulates a questionnaire about the type of potential crisis and its influencing factors, the management status of competitive intelligence, the methods of information collection and their effectiveness, the methods and information analysis and their effectiveness, the key operational method of competitive intelligence for crisis early-warning. Finally, this paper discusses the improvement strategy of competitive intelligence for crisis early-warning.
