Discussion on Librarian Career Happiness Planning

Abstract

Happiness is the eternal theme of human society, and librarians happiness is the key to develop library cause. If librarians want to succeed in career development, and achieve personal and organizational career goals, it is necessary to add new element of happiness planning to career planning. To maximize librarian happiness is the goal of librarian career happiness planning, which helps librarians to experience happiness. To carry out librarian career happiness planning, all elements and their mutual relation should be analyzed in accordance with scientific ideas ways and methods.
