Tacit Knowledge Transfer Mechanism Based on Knowledge Innovation Process

Based on the connotation of tacit knowledge, this paper analyzes the SECI model and its elements, and then discusses the originality which is the key element of knowledge innovation. It is suggested that tacit knowledge transfer not only goes through the knowledge innovation process, but also plays a key leading role, which is the core motivation in the formation of knowledge innovation. Meanwhile, the knowledge innovator should have the innovate consciousness and objective perception which can generate the specific mental activity, in order to generate the thinking and imagination of objective things and assimilate an innovation program through knowledge integration.
