Abstract

This paper investigates the crowdsourcing in the digital reference service with Delphi method. The survey shows the crowdsourcing has the advantages in human resources and facilities. Finally, this paper believes the university libraries should update the concept and introduce the crowdsourcing model participating in DRS, develop consultation platform, perfect the users incentive mechanism, formulate the rules and regulations, and play the librarians functions, in order to carry out the DRS crowdsourcing strategy.
