Review on Multi-index Comprehensive Evaluation Methods of Electronic Resources in Libraries

This paper summarized the comprehensive evaluation methods of the library electronic resources performance evaluation as the operations research methods, uncertainty systems research methods, statistical analysis and other methods. Based the detailed analysis and evaluation, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are debated. In order to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the comprehensive evaluation, it is needed to adopt the "combination evaluation" or "stratified evaluation" method flexibly in conducting electronic resources performance evaluation.
