Based on Folksonomy characteristics,This paper conducts a survey and statistics on the application status of Folksonomy in the domestic university library services,including the range and depth of its application, the technical support platform, as well as the problems and advantages of Folksonomy in these libraries, and summarizes how the library should reveal deeply user-centered information resources, and encourage users'active participation in the creation and organization of library information resources to form a new knowledge organization model of user involvement and build a participatory library, which will let the "sleeping"library knowledge to "be waken up" in order to get better use.
