Integration Design and Implementation of the Academic Instruction & Reference Service Platform and the E-learning Platform——Taking China Academic Instruction & Reference Service Platform of CALIS for Example

Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems and challenges that the libraries face in the information age, and the importance of embedding library's resources and services in the teaching environment. Secondly, it analyzes the status quo of the integration of Chinese academic library resources and e-learning platform, and points out that the integration is the practice of knowledge service theory. Thirdly, it takes China Academic Instruction & Reference Service Platform for example, analyzes the integration pattern of academic instruction & reference service platform and e-learning platform, and designs the functions. Finally, this paper introduces the pilot progress in Fudan University and Shanghai Jiaotong University.
