Application Study of Knowledge Mapping Method in Scientific Research Topic Selection：A Case in Studies on Preparation and Efficacy of Mequindox Nanoemulsion

In order to comprehend the newest progress of science systematically and roundly,and selecting the research topic more scientifically,innovatively,usefully and efficiently,this paper took the dosage form invention of mequindox as an example. It was based on the advantage complement of intelligence analysts and scientists to select access point and viewpoint. By means of steps such as, professional literature retrieval, the substep extract information, the construct of 1 -mode or 2 - mode matrix, combing selected data, etc, as well as knowledge mapping method like clustering analysis, the analysis of the strategic, social network analysis and high frequency keywords sort, etc., visualized analysis can be conducted. The result showed that knowledge mapping method can reveal the growing point of scientific research and the main test indicators, basically in line with those of the traditional research topics, but in a quicker, more intuitive, more comprehensive, and more systematical way. So knowledge mapping can provide a new and more effective thought for selecting a research topic.
