Abstract

Choosing patents in cloud-computing field in Derwent Innovation Index as the objective, this paper analyzes these patents from micro, middle and macro perspectives with patent bibliometrics and SNA methods. In macro view, cloud-computing patents are in the period of rapidly developing, and America owns more patents than the other countries. In middle view, there is a great difference between China and foreign countries in cooperative particle size, and the cooperative institution is similar in primary business. In micro view, the cooperation rate and cooperation intensity of Chinese companies are weaker than international famous international companies, which hinders flow and diffusion of knowledge and the increase of technology productivity.
