A Survey and Study of the Subject Services in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center

This paper is a survey and study of the subject services provided by the libraries in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center (HEMC). It discusses some issues of the subject service such as human resources, "marketing", evaluation and incentive mechanism, embedded service, recognition of the patrons, research feedback and communication, etc. The author also puts forward suggestions and solutions to these problems.
