The entire process of knowledge sharing consists of two directions: the knowledge providers to contribute their knowledge and the knowledge recipients to find, use and absorb knowledge. For knowledge sharing in virtual teams, how to motivate knowledge contributing behavior of knowledge providers according to their knowledge contributing motivation is more important. Based on this, According to the theory of planned behavior, from the perspective of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, knowledge sharing behavior motivation model of knowledge provider in virtual team is established based on PLS structural equation modeling, and empirical research is conducted. According to empirical results, the knowledge sharing incentive mechanisms are proposed.
