Research and Enlightenment of Major Web Archive Projects in Europe

This paper investigates 18 maturely developed and representative European Web archive projects, analyses their characteristics in legal support, construction mode, harvesting method, resource display way, and so on, and proposes suggestions including strengthening cooperation, developing standards, speeding up the legislative work, paying attention to personnel training, etc., hoping to provide a reference for the WA construction in China.
