This paper discusses how to resolve the problem of huge patent numbers with low patent credibility in China with guidance of the system theory. Firstly, it constructs an analysis framework of patent credibility influence factors combined with the patent mechanism. Then it makes an empirical study through questionnaire and statistical analysis. Referring to the concept of factor analysis, it also extracts four influence factors of patent credibility, which include policy guidance, patent rights protection, patent literacy and patent quality. Finally, according to the results of factors analysis, this paper gives constructive advices to promote patent credibility.
