With the help of NVivo8.0,this paper gives a qualitative analysis of the interview data obtained from the depth interviews with the 13 teaching supervisors. Five core dimensions are then generalized: understanding degree,fit degree,support degree,recognition degree and demand degree. The results show that:user identity and perceived value,user intention,user acceptability,propagandizing and popularizing,assessment and evaluation methods are the five main influencing factors.
