Lending right is the centralized reflection of the readers' right. It is the basic human rights and has characteristic of equality and individuality. Libraries should change the traditional way of thinking about focusing on the overall demand of generality but ignoring the private demand of individuation, and equally treat the lending demand of each individual reader. Through formulating acquisition strategy to meet readers' demands, the library expands electronic resources construction, reforms the current lending mechanism, improves the information public degree and enhances the functions of management system, in order to provide a maximum limit of protection for individual reader's equal lending right.
