Study on the Arrangement Principles and Methods of Biographical Resources

This paper first proposed the 4 major features of biographical resources: with the characters as the core, varied types, strong regional and times. Then, it analyzed and concluded the three major clues for arrangement of biographical resource: the core element, organizational element and characteristics element, which were the basis for designing unique identifier-biographical resources code. Thirdly, it put forward three feasible methods of arrangement. Finally, it erected the logical system of biographical resources, which was the sharing foundation of biographical resources.
