This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current literature retrieval course. Then it introduces the detailed practice on subject librarian and professional teachers' collaboration in course, including the course content, assessment standards, teaching methods, teaching skills, teaching effectiveness evaluation, etc. Finally, it suggests that collaboration with professional teacher is an effective method to improve the literature retrieval course teaching.
