Under ubiquitous knowledge environment, embedding into user education environment, user research team and research process and decision process of government agencies and enterprises has become the change direction of library subject service. This article summarizes the progress in the practice of embedded service, including embedded in specialized course teaching and embedded into network teaching platform, embedded into research process of teachers or scientific research personnel and students, and embedded government agencies, enterprises to provide decision support services.
