Abstract

Error information is a special information resource, as an integral part of personal information. By effective management, the error information can be transferred into the common organizational knowledge. Under the paradigm of Information Management Science, the characteristics of the error information are analyzed in terms of information transfer, information utilization and information sharing. Error self-reporting, error others-reporting and error learning are important ways to information communication and information utilization. In addition, the establishment of the error management institution and error management system, as well as the cultivation of a sound error management culture, can contribute to error information sharing.
