The best practices of application of public platforms of WeChat in Chinese libraries were investigated. Functions of the platform in libraries' practices were summarized. Some problems of the platform in the applications of libraries services were analyzed, and possible solutions were suggested for these problems. We hope that the public platform of WeChat would play a greater role in libraries' services in the future.
