Analysis on Status of the Cultural Sharing Project in Central and Western Regions

The National Cultural Information Sharing Project is an important benefit project in China's public service system. At present, the main problem faced by the Cultural Sharing Project construction in central and western regions is the regional development imbalance. This paper investigates its status and analyzes its unbalanced development of the main factors. Then it proposes that they should improve the security mechanism and implement innovative developing strategies, to narrow the gap with the eastern region and promote its rapid development of economy and society.
