Research on Recycling Models of Open Resources

This paper summaries license and restriction of recycling open resources from the major funders, publishers and open repositories, and analyzes API of major open access journals and open repositories. Finally, it proposes six services models of recycling open resources, which are integrated retrieval of open resources, links of different types of open resources, usage statistics of open resources, analysis of citation network of authors, openness and recycling of semantically enhanced open resources, and virtual OA journals based on aggregating open resources.
