Electronic Resources Usage Problems and Solutions from Users’ Perspective

Electronic resources have the features of dynamics and complexity in the collection, storage, maintainence and preservation, so that users face some problems when using them other than traditional resources. The problems include lack of clarity of electronic resources organization and reveal, content missing or overlapping, lack of stability and reliability. To solve the problems, libraries should promote the content development and quality management in the life cycle of electronic resources, and improve users' information literacy.
