Citation analysis is an effective measure of reinforcing the foreign books guarantee. Large-scale citation analysis can help librarians learn the status of resourse development in recent years, and can help to accurately obtain the user needs of foreign books, also to acquaint the research focus of foreign researchers and to facilitate using limited funds to purchase outstanding foreign books.
