An Analysis of Cooperative Behavior of Open Access from the Perspective of Strong Ties

The activities of open access (OA) such as OA publishing, organization and preservation of OA resources, and sharing of OA platforms exist various strong ties in OA social networks. By adopting methods of qualitative analysis and model analysis, this paper analyzes how to advance cooperative actions in OA publishing, organization and preservation of OA resources, and sharing of OA platforms by taking advantage of strong ties in OA social networks, and draws four main research propositions and their relevant sub propositions.
